my first post for cardztv gallery

happy wednesday! its been awhile since i've posted anything new have ya missed me?! lol . i've made some changes of late. i sold my cricut and really dont make cards very often. i also am no longer on other design teams. just this one for the  cardztv design team gallery. everyday except for sunday there will be a new project from my design team sisters so be sure to check back each day for something amazing and exciting :)
i made a couple of projects  so i hope ya have your cup filled and a snack on the side as this is going to be a picture heavy post ;)  also, all of the stamps used are mary's from cardztv.awesome stamps that fit every occasion. you can view and purchase them ~>here<~
so now, onto what ive been up to :)  my projects.the first being a fairy door from an unfinished piece of wood i found at hobby lobby.

                                         the door all finished.

i forgot to take a picture before i started painting but the entire piece is the same color as the actual door.  for the red brick i started off using acrylic paint. i then went to town with my bic mark~its. i love these markers! they are inexpensive and they work awesome on wood and paper. i also want to add i found all the extras on this at hobby lobby.

i stamped this saying from the "count your blessings" set onto a wooden popsicle stick and attached it with hot glue.

for the nifty little globe light i used an unfinished wood finding piece wood   colored it in then hot glued a marble onto that. i glued the top of it to a craft pick and glued that onto the door frame so it kinda stick out some.
the pot on the left is also unfinished wood colored in with the mark~its. added a broom and tiny clay pot and some rocks. for the plants i just use cut pieces of stuff from the floral dept.  the metal pieces on the door are some findings my daughter picked up for me.
i added a sweet  teeny tiny dragonfly charm. theres also one just above the light.
i also added a "windchime" i found this in the jewelry dept.
whew! enough of that project eh ;) lol

my 2nd project i captured a critter :)
to make the ghost for this i just took a 1 inch styrofoam ball, placed a double layer of guaze over that drew on some eyes and mouth with a sharpie. there are tutorials that say to use mod podge or glue and water on the guaze, i didnt do that and hes held together for a week so far. i cut a piece of styrofoam and hot glued that to the inside of the lid. i added a twiggy thing i had in my stash but id go out and get a stick from a real tree if i were gonna do this again, i just think it would look better, thicker and more tree like. i added moss around that. i couldnt get a close enough pic without blur to show i also took a tongue depresser or large popsicle stick, broke a piece off, colored in grey and added rip for a tombstone. its right in front of the ghostie. i added some vinyl stickers around the jar and some ribbon around the bottom rim and some confetti pumpkins

i used this cute saying from the "trick or treat" set
a cute easy project something fun you and the kidddos can do .

for the next one i made a birdbath and bag gift set . the urn had silk flowers in it. i just pulled them out and made a cute birdbath out of it.

for starters, i took a pringles lid filled it with dimensional mod podge and some re~inker. i let that dry then set it right inside. woo hoo it fit perfectly! i love when that happens :)
i then  glued the urn to a round coaster then added some moss and branches and twigs, flowers and a cute lil mushroom
for the bag i used this stamp from the "simply said" set
for this stamp from the "going in circles"set i stamped onto an unfinished wood circle, i added some of the florally stuff to tie the bag and birdbath together.
i added a cute lil wooden lady bug (gifted from my daughter i dont know where she got them) and brown birdie.

for my next project i made a quick cute gift bag for a sweet little lady ;)
i found a nifty way to use some punches. just punch across the top of your bag.
for this one i used a martha stewart ladybug punch.is this ever cute! i just add a glue dot to inside of bag to keep it closed.
for the tag (and ladybugs on bottom of bag)  i used the "negative" pieces of ladybugs. the cute sentiment is from the "girl talk" stamp set.

another project i made a nifty treat /cookie box. these are very easy and quick to make .
this was made from a 12X12 piece of paper plus the topper. here's a utube link for you to follow ~> here <~

i added some lil spiders using my viva decor pearl pen then drawing in legs.

the fun sentiments are from cardztv stamp sets "trick or treat" and " frankly frightful"  every halloween my daughter and i give each other  scary~cute fuzzy socks so the trick or treat smell my feet worked perfectly with this!

 here's a side view for ya :)

and.....finally my last project . i know i know...over kill lol
2 boxes/bags for my daughter and her boyfriend

these are super simple , using a 12X12 paper plus extra for the handle
scoring and one small cut and a couple of slits. easy easy easy!
im going to add in a favorite candy or snack plus their fave "toxic drink" ;) yum!
you can get the tute on making these ~> here <~
i used "trick or treat *stamp set for the mischief and mayhem and "frankly frightful" set  for the spellbound
