for my project i crocheted a balloon that i attached to a birthday gift.
to make the tag i used distress stains. you just lightly smack the bottle down onto your tag or paper. let it dry.i used a heat gun because im a tad impatient ;) . then i added googly eyes and tiny tiny pompoms for the noses.
i used the perfect sentiment from the "simple thoughts" stamp set
here's the gift that was inside the box. i made it for my daughters 34th birthday.
i found the gremlin and ladybugs plus the little wood stump and mushrooms at hobby lobby. i glued everything onto a rectangle piece of wood. i made the mushrooms out of unfinished wood furniture buttons colored with my bic mark its and dotted with white acrylic paint. i made some flowers out of styrofoam shavings ( cheap version of "flowersoft") colored with alcohol ink but i forgot to take a picture after i added them.
thanks so much for joining in our fun! happy crafting and have a great rest of day! shelly
