i just love these challenge sites! be sure to hop on over to a spoon full and see the gorgeous creations the ladies have come up with over there!
for this i used my cricut and george ( scallop tags as side borders) and Joys of the Seasons ( doves) cartridges.
paper is K&Company Smitten. the sentiment is a rub-on. added raindots and heart charms :)
