would you ever guess in my cricut craft room

happy wednesday ! today is would you ever guess wednesday at My Cricut Craft Room and our challenge is to make 1 project using 7 different cartridges.
i'm anxious for my favorite season fall to arrive and i thought id make a wreath for my front door. i havent decided if i want to put the word welcome or what yet. when i finally decide it will get adhered on the bottom under the bird and flowers.
i started with a grapevine wreath

for these flowers ( and the ones inside the flowerpot) i used walk in my garden crpsis at 2 inches. and for the stems i used zoobaloo branch cut at 2~1/2 inches
the bees are from pooh and friends cut at 1 inch. i wrapped some wire around a pen to curl it then adhered the bees to that.
i used walk in my garden for the flower pot cut at 5 inches and spade at 4~1/2 inches.
the flowers are from accent essentials (accent 33s) cut at 1~1/2 inches. i adhered buttons in the centers. the branch is from stretch your imagination flourish2 (s) cut at 5 inches.
and for this flower and the other one like it i used cindyloo flower 4 cut at 2 inches down to 1 inch in 1/4 increments then layered and scrunched them. i used plantin for the leaves behind these cut at 1~1/2 inches.

i hope you like my pretty wreath im anxious to get it hung :)

my cricut craft room 100 cartridge blog hop

happy saturday! welcome and thank you so much for visiting the my cricut craftroom 100 cartridge blog hop!!! the entire team and guest designers are using over 100 different cricut cartridges (collectively)  hope you're having a great time i know for sure you're getting some terrific inspiration. the rest of the dt have created some awesome  projects havent they!

im entering these over at dlart for dianas linky party be sure to stop on by her blog!
i made a couple of cards and a back to school box using 7 cartridges.

for this i used walk in my garden for the flower pot 2~1/4 inches and daisies 1~1/2 and 1~3/4) accent essentials  was used for the purple flower (accent 10shift )cutting 2 each in a dark purple and a lighter purple 1~3/4, 1~1/2, 1~1/4 and 3/4 inches. the branches are from storybook (letter H shift)1~3/4 inches)
i added some button bees and memory thread for the  sprigs.

the sentiment is from cardztv stamp set "simply said"
here's the inside
i used a leaf and a negative from a marquee cut from a different project, i don't throw anything away!

i made this card for my stepdad

i used george for this.
the heart and star were cut at 1~1/2 inches
for the banners i used tag2 (letter L shift) two at 2~1/4 and two at 2~1/2

i roughly hand drew and colored  the letters i wanted to keep the sort of rustic look i wasn't aiming for perfection here. i finished off with twine and buttons.

and here's another. thanks for being so patient :)

i used baby steps for this sweet baby boy card

the boat ,duck and star were cut at either 1 OR 1~1/4 inch. i adhered them to 1~1/2 inch panels.

baby and  boy were cut at 1 inch. i inked everything up and finished with a couple of buttons and stamped the word sweet.

this card i actually cased from myself from awhile ago. one of my old daycare girls loved it so i decided to remake it for her.  i used indie art for the ice cream cone cut at 4 inches
i used jasmine cartridge for the corners (rectangle shift blackout) i believe i cut them at 3 and also 3~1/4  inches and layered them. the ones around the cone frame were cut at 4 inches.

and heres the back to school box. inside ive added the tiny ruler and a box of crayons .
i cut the box 2 times at 5 inches. then blue cardstock, using the box/shift key, at 5 inches twice. then cut the patterned paper once at 4 3/4 inches. assembled the box then adhered the blue to the front and back.then adhered the patterned paper atop that.elmo was cut at 4 inches. i used thin pop dots under him

the word school was cut at 1 inch. once in black for a shadow effect.
the word box was cut from the word lunchbox  at 1~1/4 inch (abby3 word) i just cut off the word lunch.again i cut in black for a shadow. the numbers were cut at 3/4 inches.

i hope ive inspired you to get out those cartridges and play :)

thanks so much for stopping by my blog your sweet words make me smile thank you for that too:)
have fun on the hop!!!

bittenbythebug2 gratitude

happy monday! this week over at bbtb2 our delightful rebekah has chosen our theme to be gratitude..make a card or project for someone or something you are thankful for. be sure to check out the rest of the dts simply awesome samples for this week :) and be sure to play along with us too we love when you do!

for this i project i recycled a coin  roll to make a super simple yet pretty  little gift packet.. you can use any size coin roll  i just happened to have a penny one sitting on my craft desk.
i painted the entire thing with distress crackle paint picket fence then added distress crackle paint in rock candy over that. then i inked it up a tad.i also used some sticky adhesive tape on the inside bottom to keep it closed. i added a tiny lace piece to the edge.
i love the look of this. i used accent essentials for the flower.
and opposites attract for the hat pin. i added one of those packs of instant flavored coffee and some sprigs using memory thread (you can find this in your cross stitching section. i found mine at hobby lobby i know michales carries it also) the gorgeous merlot colored crinkle ribbon is from 3girlsjam.

the stamp is from whimsical designs. and the butterfly is a martha punch.

thanks so much for stopping by your sweet comments always leave me warm and smiling :) thank you for that! :) happy crafting! xxxshelly

if youre looking for SKdigis bloghop click ~>here<~

happy tuesday :) hope you had a terrific long weekend:)  i saw this weeks challenge over at my sheri crafts, white on white and thought oh no way that is too frustrating for me because you know i like my patterned paper AND ink. but then thought ok shelly you big sissy take this on! im not a competitive person at all but it is good to challenge yourself sometimes.
so im entering this over at my sheri crafts
and DLART where dianas having a fun linky party this month , anything goes
and papertake weekly whos theme is anything goes with the option of using a non square base

i made a tag /card i used my cricut and george cartridge on this, cutting the tag in 3 different sizes.
i used my cricut and accent essentials cartridge for the flower which i cut 9 times. 1 inch 1 1/4 inch and 1 1/2 inch Xthree each using the blackout key.. i added a white sparkly brad to the center i HAD to vintage this up by adding white pearls and tearing the middle tag piece.
the butterfly was cut using my cuttlebug and butterfly cut and emboss die. i covered it twice with utee ( ultra thick embossing ) then added white crinkle ribbon which i added clear beads to.

well hope you like my tag  its different yet i still think you can see my style on it. thanks so much for visiting me today your comments always make me smile thank you for that:) happy crafting :)xxxshelly
