festive friday in my cricut craftroom

happy friday! today at my cricut craftroom  were to make a fall decoration.fall is my absolute favorite time of year :) i made a tabletop display. i like making tablescapes in baskets or on trays that way i can set them anywhere and if they need to be moved theyre done easily and usually without disrupting the display.
im entering this at dlart for dianas july linky party
fun isnt it :)

i used sesame street seasons for the 3d pumpkins cut at 1~1/2 and 2 inches.

simply charmed was used for this 2~1/2 inch scarecrow

sesame street seasons was used for the tree  at 7 inches and leaves 1 inch.
i cut a bunch of the leaves glued a couple to the tree and just tossed the rest into the basket.i added some moss and some paper straw. i made a little hay bail out of paper straw wrapped and glued around a foam shape. when i can find some mini hay bails at the craft store ill put them in instead. im also looking for a couple of  small crows :)

thanks for stopping by my blog your sweet comments always make me smile thank you for that too :)

im entering these over at dlart for dianas linky party be sure to stop on by her blog!
i made a couple of cards and a back to school box using 7 cartridges.

for this i used walk in my garden for the flower pot 2~1/4 inches and daisies 1~1/2 and 1~3/4) accent essentials  was used for the purple flower (accent 10shift )cutting 2 each in a dark purple and a lighter purple 1~3/4, 1~1/2, 1~1/4 and 3/4 inches. the branches are from storybook (letter H shift)1~3/4 inches)
i added some button bees and memory thread for the  sprigs.

the sentiment is from cardztv stamp set "simply said"
here's the inside
i used a leaf and a negative from a marquee cut from a different project, i don't throw anything away!

i made this card for my stepdad

i used george for this.
the heart and star were cut at 1~1/2 inches
for the banners i used tag2 (letter L shift) two at 2~1/4 and two at 2~1/2

i roughly hand drew and colored  the letters i wanted to keep the sort of rustic look i wasn't aiming for perfection here. i finished off with twine and buttons.

and here's another. thanks for being so patient :)

i used baby steps for this sweet baby boy card

the boat ,duck and star were cut at either 1 OR 1~1/4 inch. i adhered them to 1~1/2 inch panels.

baby and  boy were cut at 1 inch. i inked everything up and finished with a couple of buttons and stamped the word sweet.

this card i actually cased from myself from awhile ago. one of my old daycare girls loved it so i decided to remake it for her.  i used indie art for the ice cream cone cut at 4 inches
i used jasmine cartridge for the corners (rectangle shift blackout) i believe i cut them at 3 and also 3~1/4  inches and layered them. the ones around the cone frame were cut at 4 inches.

and heres the back to school box. inside ive added the tiny ruler and a box of crayons .
i cut the box 2 times at 5 inches. then blue cardstock, using the box/shift key, at 5 inches twice. then cut the patterned paper once at 4 3/4 inches. assembled the box then adhered the blue to the front and back.then adhered the patterned paper atop that.elmo was cut at 4 inches. i used thin pop dots under him

the word school was cut at 1 inch. once in black for a shadow effect.
the word box was cut from the word lunchbox  at 1~1/4 inch (abby3 word) i just cut off the word lunch.again i cut in black for a shadow. the numbers were cut at 3/4 inches.

i hope ive inspired you to get out those cartridges and play :)
