would you ever guess in my cricut craft room

happy wednesday ! today is would you ever guess wednesday at My Cricut Craft Room and our challenge is to make 1 project using 7 different cartridges.
i'm anxious for my favorite season fall to arrive and i thought id make a wreath for my front door. i havent decided if i want to put the word welcome or what yet. when i finally decide it will get adhered on the bottom under the bird and flowers.
i started with a grapevine wreath

for these flowers ( and the ones inside the flowerpot) i used walk in my garden crpsis at 2 inches. and for the stems i used zoobaloo branch cut at 2~1/2 inches
the bees are from pooh and friends cut at 1 inch. i wrapped some wire around a pen to curl it then adhered the bees to that.
i used walk in my garden for the flower pot cut at 5 inches and spade at 4~1/2 inches.
the flowers are from accent essentials (accent 33s) cut at 1~1/2 inches. i adhered buttons in the centers. the branch is from stretch your imagination flourish2 (s) cut at 5 inches.
and for this flower and the other one like it i used cindyloo flower 4 cut at 2 inches down to 1 inch in 1/4 increments then layered and scrunched them. i used plantin for the leaves behind these cut at 1~1/2 inches.

i hope you like my pretty wreath im anxious to get it hung :)

happy saturday! welcome and thank you so much for visiting the my cricut craftroom 100 cartridge blog hop!!! the entire team and guest designers are using over 100 different cricut cartridges (collectively)  hope you're having a great time i know for sure you're getting some terrific inspiration. the rest of the dt have created some awesome  projects havent they!

im entering these over at dlart for dianas linky party be sure to stop on by her blog!
i made a couple of cards and a back to school box using 7 cartridges.

for this i used walk in my garden for the flower pot 2~1/4 inches and daisies 1~1/2 and 1~3/4) accent essentials  was used for the purple flower (accent 10shift )cutting 2 each in a dark purple and a lighter purple 1~3/4, 1~1/2, 1~1/4 and 3/4 inches. the branches are from storybook (letter H shift)1~3/4 inches)
i added some button bees and memory thread for the  sprigs.

the sentiment is from cardztv stamp set "simply said"
here's the inside
i used a leaf and a negative from a marquee cut from a different project, i don't throw anything away!

i made this card for my stepdad

i used george for this.
the heart and star were cut at 1~1/2 inches
for the banners i used tag2 (letter L shift) two at 2~1/4 and two at 2~1/2

i roughly hand drew and colored  the letters i wanted to keep the sort of rustic look i wasn't aiming for perfection here. i finished off with twine and buttons.

and here's another. thanks for being so patient :)

i used baby steps for this sweet baby boy card

the boat ,duck and star were cut at either 1 OR 1~1/4 inch. i adhered them to 1~1/2 inch panels.

baby and  boy were cut at 1 inch. i inked everything up and finished with a couple of buttons and stamped the word sweet.

this card i actually cased from myself from awhile ago. one of my old daycare girls loved it so i decided to remake it for her.  i used indie art for the ice cream cone cut at 4 inches
i used jasmine cartridge for the corners (rectangle shift blackout) i believe i cut them at 3 and also 3~1/4  inches and layered them. the ones around the cone frame were cut at 4 inches.

and heres the back to school box. inside ive added the tiny ruler and a box of crayons .
i cut the box 2 times at 5 inches. then blue cardstock, using the box/shift key, at 5 inches twice. then cut the patterned paper once at 4 3/4 inches. assembled the box then adhered the blue to the front and back.then adhered the patterned paper atop that.elmo was cut at 4 inches. i used thin pop dots under him

the word school was cut at 1 inch. once in black for a shadow effect.
the word box was cut from the word lunchbox  at 1~1/4 inch (abby3 word) i just cut off the word lunch.again i cut in black for a shadow. the numbers were cut at 3/4 inches.

i hope ive inspired you to get out those cartridges and play :)

thanks so much for stopping by my blog your sweet words make me smile thank you for that too:)
have fun on the hop!!!

im entering this over at DLART where dianas having a fantastic linky party all this month. be sure to check that out i know shed love for you to play along.

i made 2 projects for this challenge. i used "little ghost" for both of these
the first is a test tube holder. you can find directions on splitcoaststampers or utube.

i added googly eyes to the cutelst lil ghosties :)

and added mini marshmallows for the edible ghost poo.i thought i had seen white m&ms which i thought woulda been cute but guess i was wrong because i searched high and low at wallyworld and target to no avail..

the second candy holder i used my cricut and walk in my garden cartridge using the bread tag envelope.i forgot to write down the size sorry about that. i also used a punch to create the scalloped edge. i made the spider by using a hole punch, glued that to the handdrawn spider trail using a white pen for eyes.
here it is opened. i just used a glue dot to hold the candy in place and another glue dot to keep the front closed.

thanks so much for visiting me today i hope ive inspired you to pick up a digi or two and join in our fun challenge :) your sweet words always make me smile thank you for that :) happy crafting!xxxshelly

cricutcardzchallenges color play

happy wednesday! this weeks over at CCC mary has chosen the theme color play . use any cart BUT only use the colors red blue and yellow. (you can use black and white as accent colors.)

i made a tag. for whatever reason the red photoed pink but its really a muted red.

my plan is to go to the farmers market and see if i can find some honey from one of our local growers, buy a few jars, put them in a small crate or basket and give as a gift with some sort of bread, with this sweet tag attached.
i used walk in my garden for the bread tag, and create a critter for the bees and hive. i just adore the critter cart.

i used my signo pen for some dots on the word happy. i also drew a door to the hive opening.i used colorbox fluid chalk for my inking.
super simple but i think cute :)

thanks so much for stopping by my blog, youre the bees knees :)  be sure to check out the rest of the dt creations and be sure to play along with us we so love when you do that :) thanks also for your comments they leave me with a smile :) have a great rest of day xxxshelly

isnt he just so cute :) i added a pearl heart for his lil bunny nose.  i used walk in my garden for the flowerpot and the flowers. cindylou cart for the flourishes and zoobaloo for the grass.
the green sprigy things are something called memory thread. you can also use corded hemp i just happened to have this on hand. i added some dots with my signo pen and inked with colorbox fluid chalk. added pop dots under the flowers and also the flowerpot which i also curved a bit for bunny to fit inside.
