whimsical wednesdays

happy wednesday! this week over at WW our challenge is "just because"  a card or project to let someone know youre thinkng about them. it MUST include a digi image and/or sentiment. so be sure when you play along with us this week to follow the rules ; )

 this week we are working with bugaboo stamps . they  let us DT ladies choose our own image to work with. my choice is from the stick kids series, rocket4. i paper pieced the image, used a bit of colorbox fluid chalk and stickles on the "blasting off" part ( i cannot think of what its called ;), wheres my daycare boy when i need him lol :)

i used foam stickies under the rocket and 2 of the stars. i also added stickles (stardust) on the stars too. 

bling isnt something i would normally add to a boy card but i thought the stars would be ok to glam up :) 

 

i used circle punches the larger one i ran through the cuttlebug and swiss dots folder. 

the saying i thunk up is computer generated.
