i made my first pedestal card. these are so easy and fun to make. if you dont know how be sure to go to my side bar and click on marys cardztv link she has an awesome easy to follow video tutorial. thanks mary!
for my card i used cindys cute lil pilgrim couple called "happy pilgrims" doesnt cindy make the cutest digis!
i added buttons and used some paper wraphia ribbon. i also put a paper doily behind our happy pilgrims, i thought it gave it an old fashioned thanksgiviney look :)
heres a sideview of the card.
and the sentiment i used my chickenscratch because i adhered the darned paper as i was waiting for my computer generated font to print. dorky me lol i used a light colored pen first then a darker ovver it for a sort of embossed look. it looks better in person. i added distress stickles and rhinestones
thanks so much for stopping by and your comments leave me warm and fuzzy feeling :) if you havent yet, be sure to check out what the rest of the fab DT have created this week . have a super rest of day :) xxxshelly
