milk carton treat house

happy saturday :) i made a milk container treat container. i saw this somewhere just dont remember, seem slike a stampin up site..sorry to the original poster that i cant remember. if i find it again ill post the link.
im entering this into a couple of challenges
DLART: december linky party :anything goes
The Kraft Journal:anything goes

i started with a milk carton file from the cutting cafe. which i printed and cut out onto kraft cardstock which can be purchased at the kraft outlet. (link on my sidebar plus you can get there through the link on their blog which is linked in the first part of this post.) i used my cricut and storybook cartridge scallops cut in half for the door and for the wreath over the door.. joys of the season for the trees. a punch for the snowflakes.
i was trying to make this gingerbreadish  looking im going to add a gingerbread boy tag, i forgot to add that to the photo,  sorry.    im going to give this to my daughter filled with some mothers brand gingerbread cookies she loves these things something crazy. im going to add the extra topper that comes wit this file fornow i just used a clothespin to hold it shut until the cookies get dumped inside. then ill staple or glue it shut.
heres one of the sides. i used an ek success scallop punch for the snow mounds and also for the roof.
i also used the scallop punch for the shingles. i covered them in chunky glitter, my new found best friend this season ;)
thanks so much for looking your sweet comments always make me smile, thank you for that too :)
have a crafty day :) xxxshelly
