scrolls

happy monday :)
a quick little something i made while gabbing with my daughter this morning.
im entering these into a couple of card challenges
DLART thankful thursday:red and/or green AND december linky party
3 girls jam : christmas inspirations
cupcake crafts :merry christmas

i made 2 easy scrolls. just get what ever paper or cardstock you love, ink and distress it or leave it clean cut. tie with ribbon and hemp or cording..thats it!
on the dear santa one i added some distress crackle paint. i tied both with crinkle ribbon from 3girlsjam
i inked and distressed them a tad.
i added one to a wreath to show an option, but....
how cute would the dear santa one to be kept on display with a glass of milk and cookies..or set a doily and a cup for tea ...if i think about it at a later date ill do that then repost. if you try these let me know so i can check out how you display them!
thanks a ton for stoppin by my blog your sweet words always make me smile i thank you for that also :) happy crafting! xxxshelly

Wonderful idea! It reminds me of messages in a bottle that are rolled up scroll-like and put in a bottle.
