christmas fun with cardztv

happy thursday! today im hosting for cardz tv gallery where you can find awesome, creative and fun projects from a different designer every day (except sundays)  using stamps from cardztv . today im showing you 5 projects ive made.

the first one is a snowman scene in a jar
i made a snowman out of two little glittered styrofoam balls, some twine for a scarf ,little twigs for his arms and an orange broken toothpick for his nose and viva decor pearl pen for eyes and mouth. i made the tree out of craft picks that i colored with distress markers. i hung a wooden star with twine from the  underside of the jar lid (attached with a glue dot). i used epsom salt and glitter and some pearls for the snow and little snowballs.. i used 3 unfinished wood circles for the word joy. i glued them onto a piece of popsicle stick then hid that with the snow.
i used a hatpin for the heart atop the tree. and then glued punched snowflakes to the outside of the jar

for the lid i adhered a paper doily to the inside part of the lid then used a stamp from the "very merry" set. i also used martha stewart punch branches and viva decor pearl pen . i added some lace and pinecones around the ring of the jar.

for my next project i made a tree out of corks
i used bic mark~its to color the corks i hot glued them all together, the base of the tree is also a cork. i hot glued this to a round coaster.   i just used my glue gun and tossed the glitter onto that while it was hot for the snow/frost

the decorations are brads. they easily push right in the cork.

i glued some moss onto the coaster and added a few pebbles and pinecones to hide the coaster. i  plopped on some hot glue then used epsom salt and chunky glitter again for the snow

for the gift card or tea bag or little candy holder (i havent decided what im adding to this yet) i just frou froud up a little envelope with glitter  and punched branch. for the berries i used a viva decor pearl pen. the sentiment is from the "very merry" stamp  set

my next project is a simple  card
i used a memory box wreath stamp
i added some pearls, twine and  punched snowflakes
the stamp is from the "very merry" set

for my next project i made a reindeer gift set
i used clothespins for the reindeer. added some felt googly eyes and a pompom nose. i also glued a hanger onto the back ,you jut cant see, that way he can be an oranment if wanted.  homely lil guy eh ;) lol i thought this would be cute for that little santas helper that maybe helped trim the tree, helped ya bake cookies or wrapped presents

just tuck a gift card inside.  i stamped on some snowflakes and frosted the bag then i added a bell  i put a glue dot under the button keep the envelope closed. the sentiment is from the "very merry" set

my last project i made were some quicky faux candles
these are very easy to do. i painted a toilet paper roll tossed on some glitter. then i used my glue gun to make the"wax" added some battery operated tea lights. thats it. they fit right inside i did put some tissue paper into the rolls just in case the lights decide to sink in.

heres a little upclose shot. i didnt use any stamp on this as theyre going in my bathrooms ( i made a few more than just these 2) instead of  gifting them.

here is the fun "very merry"  stamp set i used. you can purchase that from mary  right here <~
