cricut cardz

happy wednesday! this week over at CCC our theme is to make a masculine birthday card. seems we all struggle with the guy cards a bit which is why i really like my camping out cartridge, so many manly images. one tip i'll mention when trying to create a card for that lovable guy..keep it SIMPLE..men visually  like simple  their brains cannot process much more than that :) of course for myself thats easier said than done as i tend to way over embellish just about every card i make.
so.. for this card which is my first stab at an "S" fold card  i used my cricut and beyond birthdays (dad) and camp out ( forest and deer) cartridges.i added foam diminsionals under the deer and between some of the layers on the trees, colorbox fluid chalk for distressing and coloring the trees and deer buttons and used acrylic paint for some doodle dots. i didnt add any meaningful dad poem on the inside yet, just looking for that perfect one.
be sure to pop on over to CCC to see what the rest of the DT has created and join along we absolutly love to see what you create . have a lovely day :) XXX shelly

I wish not acquiesce in on it. I assume warm-hearted post. Specially the title attracted me to read the unscathed story.
